  • We will listen to and respect the opinions and feedback of our clients and will use this feedback to improve our services.

  • We will provide clear and accurate information about our services, including any costs involved and how to access them.

  • We will ensure that our volunteers are appropriately trained and supported to provide high-quality services.
     

Feedback and Complaints

  • We welcome feedback from our clients about their experiences with our services. Feedback can be provided in person, by phone, or in writing.

  • We take complaints seriously and will investigate any complaints we receive. We will provide a response to the complainant in a timely manner and take appropriate action to address any issues raised.
