At Invisible Illnesses Inc., we understand that living with invisible illnesses can be challenging and isolating. That's why we're dedicated to providing a wide range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with invisible illnesses such as mental health disorders, chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, Autism, ADHD, and PTSD.

Our mission is to support and empower you through comprehensive health and well-being services, community engagement, educational workshops, and more. Whether you're looking for professional counselling, diagnostic assessments, or simply a friendly chat over a casual cuppa, our team is here to help.

We offer a variety of current services designed to enhance your quality of life and support your journey. Additionally, we have exciting upcoming services in development to further meet the diverse needs of our community.

Current Services

Health and Well-being Services

Our health and well-being services aim to improve your physical and mental health through personalized care and support:

  • Counselling: Professional mental health support sessions.

  • Assessments: Diagnostic evaluations for Autism, ADHD, and PTSD

  • Mentoring: Guidance and support to achieve personal and professional growth.

  • Lymphatic Massage: Specialized massage to promote lymphatic health.

  • Casual Cuppa: Social visits for companionship and support.

  • Cleaning Services: Assistance with maintaining a clean and healthy living environment.

  • Gardening Services: Help with garden maintenance and outdoor spaces.

Community and Support Services

We offer community and support services to foster connections and provide assistance:

  • School Packs: Essential school supplies for students in need.

  • Food Hampers: Basic essential non perishable food and hygiene products

  • Social Activities and Community Engagement: Activities to foster community interaction.

  • Educational Workshops: Empowering workshops.

  • Virtual Events: Online events to connect and support the community.


Support Groups:

  • ADHD: For individuals and families affected by ADHD.

Our employment and life skills services are designed to enhance your capabilities and provide practical support:

  • Pain Management Course: Techniques to manage chronic pain.

  • Empower to Employment Course: Training for job readiness.

  • Life Coaching: Guidance to achieve personal and professional goals.

Work Development Program:

  • Work for the Dole: Work experience while receiving income support.

  • Justice Time to Pay: Assistance with managing fines and infringements.

  • Return to Work: Support for returning to the workforce.

  • Work Experience: Practical work experience opportunities.
